Bled (Slovenia) September 5 2017: Dr. Danilo Türk, Former President of the Republic of Slovenia visited IEDC-Bled School of Management and gave a speech to EMBA participants.
Dr Türk is a diplomat, politician, and professor of international law. He served as UN Assistant Secretary-General for Political Affairs, and was Ambassador of Slovenia to the UN. He is Chairman of the Global High-Level Panel on Water and Peace and chairs the Board of Directors of the Global Fairness Initiative.
In his speech entitled “Europe in the global context” he addressed wider aspects of world politics in the areas of economic and general security, diverse models of future economic developments and role of UN.
