On Friday, February 5, the IEDC completed the last module of the Grow Management Development Program for Pivovarna Laško Union, designed in 7 modules and complemented by reflection papers.
The program was designed with the aim of providing program participants with transformational effect through increasing the level of those business, management and leadership competences seen as key by Pivovarna Laško Union, as well as identified based on IEDC vast experience.
The program started in November 2019 and was carried out without any delays, partly online, despite the the outbreak of COVID-19. The graduation ceremony will take place in a face-to-face event once the circumstances permit. Participants' feedback confirmed that the program opened the possibility for the participants to get to know their peers better, to gain different perspectives on different topics and to open possibilities for reflection through reflection papers and feedback.
