The Young Managers Program (YMP), confirmed as a milestone in the career and a life-changing experience by hundreds of alumni, is distinguished by active, cutting-edge learning strategies, case studies, and role-play. This year YMP is attended by 57 motivated young professionals (an aveage age is 31) from 19 countries.
