Bled, October 10-11, 2019: The annual international HR Forum was titled “HR Leaders as Catalysts for Change: Culture, Mindset, and Performance”. The keynote speaker at the event was Prof. Manfred Kets de Vries, one of the most influential business thinkers in the world and one of the first management researchers who draw inspiration from psychoanalysis. Professor Manfred Kets De Vries is the Founding Director of INSEAD’s Global Leadership Centre and has held professorships at McGill University, the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Montreal, and the Harvard Business School. His personal mission is to help organizations, at all levels to become “authentizotic” organizations that seem to be one of the paths on the way to an amazing working place that we all would love to work in once!
