IEDC is a partner of 2016 Golden Thread - project run by a daily newspaper Dnevnik -, which is for already eleven years promoting and awarding best employers in Slovenia. It is widely agreed that people are a company's most important asset and a source of competitive advantage. The research behind the project Golden Thread shows and proves why the human resources department must be considered a company's most valuable strategic function.
This year IEDC has taken this cooperation to the higher level: Dr. Nenad Filipović, IEDC, Professor, is the speaker at panel with the Minister of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, Dr. Anja Kopač Mrak. The panel is titled 'Technology, learning and activation'.
The keynote performer of the conference is Mr. Miha Pogačnik, world renowned musician, leadership consultant and is an adjunct professor at IEDC, who will open up the intangible of organizational renewal, creativity and leadership with violin blazing.
