IEDC receives global recognition
The IEDC-Bled School of Management receives global recognition: the IEDC was selected as 2023 PRME Champion among with only 47 schools worldwide!

We are happy to announce that the IEDC-Bled School of Management received another global recognition and was selected as a 2023 PRME Champion!

The PRME Champions represent a group of 800 dedicated business and management schools from across the PRME membership, committed to working collaboratively to develop and promote responsible management education in the context of the sustainable development agenda of United Nations.

There are 47 PRME-Champions worldwide. The only other school in the CEE region that got selected besides from IEDC-Bled School of Management is Budapest Business School - University of Applied Sciences (Hungary).  The other schools are from Asia (8), Australia & New Zealand (3), North America (5), Middle & South America (3), Africa (2) and Western Europe (24). Amongst them are well-known schools as IMD Lausanne, Switzerland, Copenhagen Business School, Denmark, Goa Institute of Management, India, Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics, Canada, Queen's Management School, UK and Gordon Institute of Business Science, South Africa.

This recognition of IEDC is based on the 36 years of efforts to offer responsible leadership development. The IEDC was one of the first schools in the world to integrate the subject of ethics into the core curriculum more than 25 years ago. Since 2008, IEDC has held the Coca-Cola Chair for Sustainable Development, and in 2018, IEDC, in collaboration with several global centres of excellence, established WISE (World Institute for Sustainability and Ethics in Rising Economies), a global institute for sustainability and ethics in emerging economies, of which the Slovenian companies NLB and Luka Koper are active supporters.
