Bled, August 28, 2023: A group of 60 managers from Georgia and Uzbekistan started their leadership journey with experiential learning experience on the Lake of Bled with the »Olympic rowing team« and continued the program with interactive lectures on leading teams, management essentials, communication skills, strategy and change management and negotiation skills, led by IEDC lecturers. This is the second time that TBC Bank is visiting IEDC for a leadership development experience, the first time was in July 2022.
