Melanie Seier Larsen worked for 10 years as a Consumer Goods and as an HR expert at a consulting company in Central and Eastern Europe and she spent two years in fashion industry.
Melanie completed her MBA studies in 2004 and serves as IEDC Alumni Club Slovenia President.
We are very happy to congratulate her in recent promotion. She has been named as one of the new partners of The Boston Consulting Group and became the first Slovenian woman to occupy such a high position in the leading global consulting company. She is also the first woman from CEE to be a partner of BCG.
