Directors of organisations (economic, public and non-governmental) will have the opportunity to publicly sign the Slovenian Diversity Charter - a short document with the principles that organisation follows in its work in promoting diversity, non-discrimination and equal opportunities in the workplace.
By signing the Charter, organisations join the European Diversity Charter Platform, coordinated by the European Commission's Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers that currently brings together 10,000 companies employing more than 18,000,000 people. IEDC, one of the founding partners of WISE institute has signed the charter and joined the initiative in 2018.
IEDC has been is one of the signatories and an active ambassador of the Slovenian Diversity Charter.
