Bled, September 30, 2022: The HR Forum took place under the title “Reinventing Work” and tackled the topic from various aspects, areas as well as geographical regions. It addressed the myths of new ways of work through research, best practices and key examples from practice, and it elaborated on how the last developments in talent acquisition and employer branding contribute to the success of an organization.
The keynote address was delivered by of Dr. Emmanuelle Léon, Associate Professor of HR Management from ESCP Business School, France, complemented by presentations of Dr. Anne-Marie Karl (Kienbaum Consultants, Germany) and Emily Sims, Manager of the ILO Helpdesk for Business, ILO, Geneva, Switzerland.
The Forum featured also a round-table with HR professionals sharing views, experience and insights from various sectors. The panellists were: Mrs. Martina Roša, Beverages Group HR Executive Director, Jamnica plus, Croatia, Mrs. Vesna Vodopivec, Executive Assistant to the Management Board, NLB d.d., Slovenia, Mr. Christoph Strumillo, Head of HR Central Europe, BASF, Hungary, Mr. Luka Babić, CEO and Co-Founder of Orgnostic, Serbia.
The event was attended by 70 HR managers and experts from 15 countries and 54 institutions.
