    The seminar connects marketing strategy with desired sources of competitive advantage, shape of customer relationships and needed business model innovation in order to tap into the full potential of the markets.

  • Module 2: Sales Excellence

    The seminar focuses on key drivers of performance in sales management, including  developing interfunctional coordination, setting sales strategies and effectively managing salesforce.

Participants attending all three modules will be awarded the Marketing and Sales Program certificate. Participants attending one module will obtain confirmation of attendance.
