About the lecture

Participants will learn about the power of inspiration to become more effective and innovative leaders through the examples of inspirational leaders such as Gandhi and Nelson Mandela. They will explore the broader aspects of inspirational leadership, such as developing personal charisma, strategic foresight, and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities. The masterclass will also explore how art can be a powerful tool for leaders to communicate vision, evoke emotion and stimulate creative thinking.
