It is no secret that demands on leaders are ever-increasing. Complex work environments, demanding external forces and increased levels of responsibilities make leadership a challenging endeavor. Modern research on leadership looks to character, competence and commitment of leaders to help them to set the correct conditions wherein leadership can happen. The realization that character is a driving force of leadership is increasingly recognized and an indispensable part to inspire and to lead effectively. This refreshment course focuses on the elements of character that are critical for success and points to how these can be developed.
