»Digital people and culture: Implications of digital disruption on soft side of companies«

For the last five years company directors in our region come with the same issue as their biggest challenge: people. Are changes related to digital technology making this challenge bigger or helping us to solve it? As one can easily imagine, the answer seems to be both at the same time. The short lecture and subsequent discussion will focus on answering how we should think in terms of implications of digital disruption for our HR strategy, our leadership style and our company culture. Some of the major issues will be highlighted, not all of them intuitively clear, as well as some examples of good practices in dealing with them.
