Adrie Heinsbroek is a Chief Sustainability Officer in the Responsible Investment team within the Innovation & Responsible Investing Platform of NN Investment Partners. He has been with NNIP since 2018, holding the position of Principal Responsible Investment until end of 2020. Previously, he was working for the ING Bank, Netherlands, starting as a Senior Analyst and advancing his career in the bank up to the Head of Sustainability. In 1998 – 2006 he was employed as a Senior Partner / Senior Account Manager, Nieuwenhuys Brink Crommelin (NBC) Duurzaam Vermogensbeheer, Netherlands and before that as a Project Team Member / Assistant Publisher, Source Magazine, Netherlands.

Adrie Heinsbroek qualifications include TEMPO HEI, post academic Trans European Program in Corporate Social Responsibility, multiple universities, 2011-2012. Mr. Heinsbroek holds a MSc degree in Social Anthropology / Development Sociology from the Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam.
