Bruna Kostelac Košir brings 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on building and executing HR strategies that support growth, organizational transformation, and value creation.

She has partnered closely with C-level executives across a range of industries and company stages, including INA, Infobip, and Mplus, acting as a trusted advisor on people-related priorities in high-growth and complex environments. Currently she is among first HRs in a Private Equity environment building strong  Invera Equity Partners talent network and ensuring value creation from HR side, from due diligence start to exit.

Bruna holds a degree in macroeconomics and is certified by CIPD, as well as an NLP Practitioner. She is also a proud mother of one young artist.
