Dana Kreppke is an experienced HR Director at Kearney with over 25 years in human resources, organizational transformation, and change management across Central and Eastern Europe. She built the HR function for Kearney’s CEE unit from the ground up, opening offices and implementing processes in Istanbul, Zagreb, Budapest, and Kiev while managing relocations and team transitions. Dana leads critical regional initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), mental health, training, and development programs. Under her leadership, Ljubljana became an LGBT-friendly office, and Prague joined the Pride Business Forum. She also spearheaded internal communication efforts and acted as a trainer and speaker at key events like Equal Pay Day CZ. Additionally, Dana managed significant Post-Merger Integration projects, transforming business models into process-driven organizations. Recognized for her strategic vision and leadership, she continues to drive innovation and efficiency within complex, multi-location environments.
