Gaspard Tertrais is a French entrepreneur and computer architect with a previous career in international hospitality. Early in his career, he worked in international environments, particularly in Southeast Asia, where he developed strong leadership and management skills. He later pursued studies in computer science at ETNA Paris, which solidified his expertise in software engineering, architecture, and blockchain.
In 2021, Gaspard co-founded Gaspard & Joseph, a company that specializes in creating and distributing NFTs with a focus on the digitalization of French cultural heritage. He currently serves as the co-founder and CTO of Tomorrow Theory, a pioneering HR innovation studio. Tomorrow Theory helps HR professionals adapt to emerging technological and societal trends, shaping the future of work.
Gaspard's expertise spans blockchain, artificial intelligence, extended reality, Web3.0, and HRIS. He also works with the French Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME), developing the ACT tool for businesses to manage CO2 emissions.
Gaspard has co-authored three books: Travailler à l’ère des IA génératives (Working in the Age of Generative AI), Generative AI at Work – Reshaping the Future of Society, and Echoes of Tomorrow, which explores the future of work and society through emerging technologies. He regularly speaks at Sciences Po Paris Executive Education, Université Paris Créteil and Université Paris Cité, sharing his insights on generative AI, blockchain, and HR innovation.
