Martin Jezeršek is the Managing Director of Jezeršek Catering, one of Slovenia’s most established family-owned hospitality and catering companies, founded in 1975. As a second-generation leader, he continues the entrepreneurial legacy of his parents together with his brothers, combining strong family values with modern, professional management. His journey in hospitality started early, as he grew up immersed in the family business. He later formalized his passion through education, graduating from the School of Hospitality and Tourism in Maribor and earning a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from the prestigious EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland. He also gained international experience in London in the field of business events, which broadened his strategic and global perspective on the industry. Under his leadership, Jezeršek Catering has developed into a trusted partner for large-scale national and international events, including major sports and corporate projects. The company operates multiple hospitality venues and concepts, while also expanding its catering services across Slovenia and abroad. Martin places strong emphasis on professionalization, structured growth, digital development and knowledge transfer to the next generation — all key pillars for building a resilient family enterprise.
