Manfred Kets de Vries is the INSEAD Distinguished Clinical
Professor of Leadership Development and Organizational Change, and The Raoul de
Vitry d'Avaucourt Chaired Professor of Leadership Development, Emeritus. He is
the Founding Director of INSEAD's Global Leadership Centre and has been the
program director of INSEAD's Top Management Programme, "The Challenge of
Leadership: Developing your Emotional Intelligence" and founder and
scientific director of the “Executive Master's in Change Management" at INSEAD.
Manfred Kets de Vries is also the chairman and Co-founder of The
Kets de Vries Institute, a boutique strategic leadership consulting
organization, working with leading companies in the world.
Manfred Kets de Vries has also held professorships at McGill
University, the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Montreal, The European
School of Management and Technology, Berlin, and the Harvard Business School.
He is the author, co-author or editor of more than 50 books and has published
over 400 learned articles or chapters in books. He is also the holder of four
honorary doctorates. The Financial Times, Le Capital and The Economist have
rated Professor Kets de Vries as one of the world's major management thinkers
and one of the most influential contributors to leadership.
