Bled, October 12-13, 2017: The annual international HR Forum was titled Facing Digitalization from the HR Perspective. The forum gathered eminent speakers and over 80 HR managers from 7 countries as participants, including media representatives.“ The main role of HR in entering a digitalization era is establishment of collaboration and making a digitalization a human centric - think digital, act human”, stressed Reza Moussavian, Senior Vice President for Digital and Innovation in Deutsche Telekom and one of the keynote speakers at the Forum.
Melanie Seier Larsen, Senior Principal at The Boston Consulting Group, Mr. Gregor Bierent, Managing Director of New Frontier Group, Austria, Dr. Klaus Niedl from the Austrian company Novomatic Group also shared their experiences with implantation of digitalization in their respective companies.
The event was concluded with a roundtable participated by Ivana Krajinović, Tamara Valenčič, Emir Đanić and Marko Majer on an interesting topic of Challenges in multigenerational working environment where learning has to go both ways – from seniors to millennials and vice versa.
