About the Seminar
The current crisis caused by the Corana virus has shook the world as we know it to its core. It is probably safe to assume that its impact will reverberate through all of business and organizational life and practices. As an immediate impact everyone has to adapt to operate in a “lock-down” and “social distancing” operating context. This brings challenges that many has to work from home and operate in virtual teams. While this is a practice that has been in place globally for a while the scale and impact thereof on teams that are not used to working virtually can be immense.
The on-line seminar is for team leaders and members of teams who have to lead or work in virtual teams due to the current crisis.
