Zagreb (Croatia) 19-20 April 2017: Among nine great finalists: Alarm automatika, Cemex, Franck, HEP, HPE, IN2, JGL, Styria and Vipnet; the jury decided that the winning team of IEDC Case Study Competition is the one from HEP.
Nine teams representing some of the leading Croatian companies participated in a two-day IEDC Case Study Competition (CSC), organized by IEDC Alumni Club Croatia and IEDC. After all teams presented their final solutions of the business case, Dr. Brane Kalpič, a lecturer at the IEDC-Bled School of Management and University of Oxford, who led the competition, announced that the winning team is the one from HEP.
The winning team will be awarded with a one day course at the IEDC and will try its strengths against the winning teams from other countries in the Global IEDC Case Study Competition.
IEDC Alumni Club Croatia has organized its 10th Case study competition. Croatian Club has developed and launched the first competition in 2008 in order to demonstrate teaching methodology and benefits in developing young managers. By today CSC became a traditional global event that Alumni Clubs organize in various countries: Bulgaria, Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia.
