Bucharest (Romania) 18 September 2020: Every September the IEDC Alumni Club Romania organizes a business conference with an aim to strengthen the community ties. Three CEOs are invited to talk upon a certain topic, chosen by our community. The conference is held in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the speakers feel at ease when talking about various business issues. This year, the conference was held online and the topic was “The impact of pandemics on companies’ processes”.
The speakers at the conference were Ms. Ramona Jurubita, Country Managing Partner of KPMG, Mr. Adrian Garmacea, founder and CEO of Barrier, a successful local producer of windows, glass walls and related products and Mr. Zoltan Pilecki, Managing Director of Studio Moderna Romania. The meeting was moderated by Mr. Cristian Gheorghe, President of Alumni Club Romania.
The success of the conference gave the organizers trust and confidence to continue organizing such events, thus contributing to the IEDC Alumni Club Romania mission to educate, inspire and strengthen the business community formed by IEDC Alumni and their friends and to promote the IEDC brand and programs.
