Bled, March 29, 2019: Four outstanding individuals, IEDC MBA graduates presented the following topics in their 30-minute speeches. Melanie Seier Larsen from Boston Consulting Group, Slovenia spoke about gender equality, Enzo Smrekar, Droga Kolinska, Slovenia shared with us how orange colour became reserved for Argeta only, Miroslav Klepač from Croatia Osiguranje introduced his way of dealing with challenges by “putting the elephant on the table” and Alen Premužak spoke about challenges of leadership in transformation. More than 100 Alumni and their guests learned from their stories and openly shared their own insights and experiences.
The event is designed to give the opportunity to debate, network and share ideas with IEDC alumni and other successful managers and be part of a unique experience. It was the first conference as such in series of Alumni events that IEDC will organize in cooperation with its graduates.
IEDC alumni network counts more than 5,265 members from 75 countries and has the longest tradition of alumni clubs in the region. The Alumni network of alumni is an excellent basis for establishing new business links and finding new entrepreneurial and professional opportunities, and above all it represents a platform for further personal development.
