The competition gathered four outstanding teams representing DDOR osiguranje, Egzakta, MK Group, and NLB Komercijalna banka AD Beograd. Participants were challenged to address complex business cases under time pressure, demonstrating their ability to combine analytical rigor with practical decision-making.
The event was opened by Nemanja Belja, President of the IEDC Alumni Club Serbia, who welcomed participants and highlighted the importance of continuous learning and collaboration within the IEDC community.
Following two days of demanding work and compelling presentations, Team NLB emerged as the winner of the competition, delivering a particularly strong and well-rounded strategic solution. Their performance reflects both deep expertise and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
The competing teams were evaluated by an expert jury composed of distinguished IEDC alumni, including Aleksandra Stolić, EMBA alumna and Business Executive Director CEE at CRH Serbia, and Miloš Blagojević, GMP alumnus and Portfolio Manager at Nelt Group. The jury was chaired by Dr. Nenad Filipović, Academic Director of IEDC and Executive MBA Projects Director, ensuring the highest academic and professional standards.
Beyond the competitive element, the Case Study Competition serves as a powerful platform for lifelong learning, knowledge exchange, and strengthening the IEDC network. It represents a unique environment where academic excellence meets real-world business challenges.

The next edition of the competition will take place in Slovenia, where teams from Slovenian companies will compete at the national IEDC Case Study Competition in Bled on April 8–9.
