The «Balkans & Black Sea Cooperation Forum» is an international conference aiming at highlighting cross‐border cooperation, enhancing bilateral and multilateral relations, strengthening business opportunities and promoting economic growth and sustainable development among the 17 States of the Balkan and Black Sea Region.
Participants were managers from across the Region, Senior Officials from the EU, the Balkans and the Black Sea Bodies & Institutions, Officials from International organizations, public officials, diplomats, businesses, entrepreneurs and academia.
Prof. Purg contributed in the session on “Women in leadership” where she focused on the importance of connection between women leaders and leadership education in the future and stressed the importance of role-models and networking. Her contribution was very well received and IEDC was invited to become a partner of the event and share its experience at future events on the topic.
