Professor Edgar Schein, one of the biggest authorities in the world of organisational culture, and a thought leader in the field of organization management passed away at the age of 94 in California. Professor Schein was a great friend of IEDC and CEEMAN. On the 25th anniversary of IEDC, he received an honorary doctorate from our institution. His work was a true inspiration for all of us at IEDC, and his words: “art is helping us to see more, to hear more and to feel more” are already for more than decennia the motto of leadership learning at our school.
His greatness and wisdom will stay with us forever.
