Second Candidate at IEDC successfully defended her PhD Thesis
Barbara Smolnikar, the IEDC doctoral student, President of the Managament Board, NLB Vita, življenjska zavarovalnica, d.d., Ljubljana, defended her dissertation entitled: »Transformational leadership behaviors in a Central and Eastern European bank: An investigation of leadership behaviors and their potential influence on sales performance«.
Bled (Slovenia) March 16 2016: Barbara Smolnikar, the IEDC doctoral student, President of the Managament Board, NLB Vita, življenjska zavarovalnica, d.d., Ljubljana, defended her dissertation entitled: »Transformational leadership behaviors in a Central and Eastern European bank: An investigation of leadership behaviors and their potential influence on sales performance«.
The defense committee was comprised of Prof. Danica Purg, chair of the Defence Committee; Prof. Patrick Flood, of Dublin City University, as external evaluator; Prof. Arnold Walravens, as internal evaluator; Assist. Prof. Alenka Braček Lalić, as internal evaluator; Assoc. Prof. Ian Sutherland, as co-mentor and PhD Program Director; and Dr. Philip Stiles, of Cambridge University, as co-mentor.
