The IEDC-Bled School of Management is committed to promoting ethical leadership and empowering individuals to address complex business challenges. In line with this mission, the Turkish Philanthropy Fund (TPF) has contributed $10,000 to co-finance the Master in Management/International Executive MBA study at IEDC to support Women's Leadership Development at IEDC-Bled School of Management. These funds are specifically designated to support eligible female applicants who demonstrate exceptional potential and a strong commitment to responsible management practices.
We are happy to share that this year’s recipient is Mrs. Babongile Ngcobo from South Africa who started her MBA studies in February 2024.
Mrs. Ngcobo, currently serving as the Operational Risk Head for FNB Public Sector in South Africa, has demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication in her field. With over 18 years of banking experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the IEDC Executive MBA program.
Danica Purg, representing the IEDC-Bled School of Management, expressed confidence in Mrs. Ngcobo's future contributions to the diversity of the EMBA class and the enrichment of the IEDC Alumni Club in South Africa. "We are confident that Babongile will use the knowledge, skills, and network gained at IEDC for her further leadership development," said Danica Purg.
We wish Babongile success in her studies!
