About the Seminar
While most of the focus in crisis management goes to prioritizing decisions related to (individual and organizational) life-threatening issues, such as staff health and maintaining liquidity, as well as to communicating properly with key stakeholders, strategic issues tend to be put on the back-burner.This, of course, is extremely risky, since crisis often is a strong signal which the organization receives about the viability of its business model. Many companies learn in a brutal way that they cannot maintain ability to deliver their products and services, even if (or when) the demand for them is existing.

The on-line seminar is for Senior managers and other employees directly involved in formulating and overseeing the implementation of company strategy.

Opportunity to better understand and improve company business model in reaction to current crisis situation.
During this on-line seminar we shall look at the learnings from current crisis for the assumptions behind our business models, what makes our business models more resilient and how to approach reshaping them in a structured way. Despite the on-line format we shall keep the seminar interactive by performing a small survey of participants upfront, leaving space for discussion during the seminar and offering follow-up action learning group support after the seminar.
