Moscow, 15 - 17 January, 2019: IEDC-Bled School of Management organized an HR Brunch in Moscow titled “Key Success Factors in Business:  People, Products, Production – My Personal Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry” with Mr. Andrey Mladentsev, CEO of OBL Pharm and IEDC MBA graduate. In his speech to Russian HR managers he shared his learnings from his rich experience as a business leader in pharmaceutical industry in Russia as well as highlighted an impact that business education has on executives and the quality of their decision-making.

Prof. Purg, the Dean and the President of the IEDC-Bled School of Management and CEEMAN, presented some IEDC novelties at the event.  

Using the opportunity, a meeting of the IEDC alumni network took place in the premises of the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia that gathered more than 40 people from various companies and institutions and proved importance of networking and cooperation.

During her visit to Russia, Prof. Danica Purg took part at the Gaidar Forum organized by the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) on January 15-17, 2019. The Forum was attended by 9000 government representatives, Nobel prize winners, professors of management and business people. Prof. Purg was a speaker at the following expert sessions:

• “Strategy in the Spirit of Agility”
• “The ratings at war: How to create criteria responding to business requests?”

Until today, 650 Russian managers attended IEDC and CEEMAN Programs.
