Bled (Slovenia) August 25 2020: Andrej Naraločnik, IEDC doctoral student and management consultant, defended his dissertation entitled: “Managing the Precombination Phase of Merger and Acquisition - A Comparative Study of Implemented M&A Cases”, under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Andrej Bertoncelj.
The defense committee was comprised of Assoc. Prof. Drikus Kriek as Chair of the Defence Committee, Prof. Dr. Danica Purg as Member of the Defence Committee, Prof. Dr. Phil Mirvis as External Examiner, Prof. Dr. Mislav Ante Omazić as External Examiner and Prof. Dr. Arnold Walravens as Internal Examiner.
