Bled (Slovenia) 11 September: The Young Managers Program (YMP), 10-days long program for high potential managers is successfully concluded. This year’s YMP was delivered in a hybrid format to 33 managers, out of which 7 attended the program online.
During the program, participants were faced and challenged to learn about leadership, teams, customers and markets, management, finance and accounting as well as strategy and communications.
By completing the program they’ve become a members of IEDC Alumni network which currently associates 5.418 members from 75 countries and counts 15 clubs in 15 countries.
