Before setting up THE 2nd TIER®, Mani spent many years working for the management consulting companies AT Kearney and Accenture, specializing in the field of change management.

It was during this time that Mani met with senior executives in organizations and, with them, identified the desperate need for improving the quality of communication in their organizations; between individuals, within teams and to external stakeholders.

Not one to let an opportunity pass him by, Mani packed his bags to pursue his crusade.

Nowadays, Mani spends most of his time coaching executives in the art of effective communication, delivering communications skills training and facilitating various workshops with leadership teams.

Mani has worked at the highest levels within organizations such as Microsoft, EDS, Philips, Stryker and London Business School.

Educationally, Mani is a scientist, having studied for a BSc. and a PhD. in Physics.

Mani is frequently asked to perform as a keynote speaker at various events, such as the British Orthopaedic Association’s annual conference.
