About the Forum
In the Forum we will address the transformative potential of artificial intelligence in recruitment and retention strategies. In her talk, Dr. Krista Finstad-Milion will draw from cutting-edge research and insights gathered from French HR practitioner networks, which are among globally most advanced ones in application of AI. She intends to highlight current trends in the field while also predicting future pathways for integrating AI into HR practices. The lecture will address both the opportunities and limitations of AI, fostering an understanding of how technology can enhance recruitment and retention efforts.
Moreover, Mr. Gaspar Tertrais, a French entrepreneur, co-founder and CTO of Tomorrow Theory, who will talk about the transformation of work and recruitment practices during the IEDC HR Forum, is convinced that: "Generative AI is not just changing how we work - it's fundamentally transforming how organizations identify, attract, and nurture talent. While this technology offers unprecedented opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and enhance decision-making in talent acquisition, we must remain vigilant about ethical considerations and algorithmic bias. The key lies in harnessing AI's potential to create more inclusive and efficient workplaces while maintaining the human element in our professional relationships."
Furthermore, we will elaborate on how AI and the latest developments in talent acquisition and retention contribute to the success of an organization. Speakers coming from business and other sectors will share their experiences and insights on the Forum topics. They will provide an applicable perspective on the evolving role of AI in human resources, emphasizing the importance of adaptation and continuous learning in this rapidly changing landscape.
